Göbekli Tepe & Harran Combined Tour

Max 12 peopleEnglish, Turkish, German

About This Tour

Combine the prehistoric and the historic on a single day. Begin at Göbekli Tepe to walk through the world's oldest known temple complex, then drive south across the Harran plain — the same landscape Neolithic builders looked across — to reach the ancient city of Harran. Famous for its conical mud-brick beehive houses, Harran is also home to ruins of one of the world's oldest universities and a long tradition of crossroads cultures from Sumer to the Abbasids.
